Cancellation/No-show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours = Half price treatment fee.
No shows (or cancellations within 5 hours of appointment) = Full price treatment fee.
If you cannot make your appointment for whatever reason, please call the salon to let us know so that we can offer the space to someone else who may be waiting and to avoid a charge.
