Cancellations

We have to ask politely, if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate sometimes things happen beyond your control which may result in you missing your appointment, but if you could let us know, whatever the reason, we would be most grateful so that we can free your appointment for somebody else. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be expected to pay 50% of the booked treatment price. Appointment no-shows or appointments cancelled within 5 hours of treatment time will be expected to pay the full price of treatment. Please be aware that cancellation payments will be sent via text message including the link to the payment website. Failure to pay will result in further action being taken. 

Payments


We accept cash & card payments only. Please note with all card payments there is a 50p transaction charge. Treatments must be paid for in full at time of appointment. If you have a discount you would like to use towards your treatment this must be mentioned at time of booking or it may not be valid. We do not issue refunds, but if there is something you are not happy with, please let us know within 24 hours and we will be more than happy to rectify this for you.

Loyalty Cards

The loyalty card scheme allows you to receive £5 off once all 8 stamps are filled. A stamp is applied each time you have a treatment. Your card is unique to you and cannot be shared with another person. All treatments/stamps are recorded.

Treatments 

For treatments over £50 and those which require a patch test, we will ask to take a 50% treatment charge which will be discounted from the total cost. If you fail to attend this treatment due to cancelling within 24 hours or not showing at all, please be aware this charge is non-refundable and will not be used against your rearranged appointment.  

Before and after care advice will be issued for certain treatments which you must follow for the best results. 

Nail polish is temporary and is expected to chip or peel. The lasting duration varies for each client.

Spray tans are expected to last on average one week with the correct aftercare, but again this can vary for each client.

Eyelash extensions (full set) can last up to 8 weeks until the last lash falls off, without any maintenance, providing you follow the correct aftercare, however, you have the choice to have them infilled every few weeks to keep them looking full. A synthetic lash will fall out when your natural lash is due to shed, this is a natural process and in no way do these effect the quality of your own lashes. 

Calgel Gel Nails can last on average up to 3 weeks, depending on your lifestyle and condition of your nails. Calgel must be removed professionally to avoid damage to the natural nail.

We have the right to refuse treatment if the client has contra-indications. Every new client must fill out a consultation form which will be kept private and confidential. 

Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

The salon is only small, therefore we ask you to let us know if you have children which you need to bring to your appointment incase of other relaxing treatments taking place within the salon at the same time. If at any time your child is disruptive, we may have to ask you to leave the salon. 

NOTE: Please be aware that as beauticians, our role is to beautify certain areas of your body. We do not diagnose or treat diseases or disorders. When necessary, we will recommend you to visit your GP.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed before the valid to date. Vouchers must not be used by anyone other than the name given when purchased. If the treatment cost is lower than the voucher value, this will be credited towards the next treatment. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
